PeptideSupply.us ships exclusively within the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Options

FREE Standard Shipping

• Available on orders over $400 (total after discounts and before taxes)

• Delivery via UPS Groud (2-3 business days)

Expedited Shipping Options

• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

• UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days

• UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (Monday-Friday delivery)

• UPS Next Day Air - Signature Required: 1 business day with signature confirmation

• UPS Saturday Delivery: Available for Friday orders placed before 12:00 PM PST requiring next­ day delivery

Order Processing Times

Same-Day Processing

Orders that qualify for same-day processing:

• Placed and payment received before 12:00 PM PST

• On business days (Monday through Friday)

• For in-stock products only

Next Business Day Processing

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST

• Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday)

• Orders placed on federal holidays

• Custom synthesis orders (may require additional time)

Delivery Information

Address Requirements

• Complete and accurate shipping addresses required

• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping options

• USPS Priority Mail can deliver to P.O. Boxes

• Military APO/FPO addresses accepted via USPS only

Delivery Confirmation

• Tracking information provided via email once order ships
  

• Signature confirmation available upon request

• Delivery notifications sent when package is delivered

Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss and title transfer to customer upon delivery to shipping carrier

• Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by customer

• International addresses (including Canada and Mexico)

• Some remote locations may have limited shipping options

• Areas restricted by carrier policies

Weather and Carrier Delays

• Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control

• Carrier delays during peak seasons (holidays) are expected

• We will communicate any known delays promptly

Special Circumstances

Customs and Duties

Not applicable - domestic shipping only.

Address Changes

• Address changes must be requested before order ships

• Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with carrier

• Additional fees may apply for address changes after shipment

Failed Delivery Attempts

• Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment

• Customer is responsible for additional shipping costs

• Returned packages will be held for 30 days before disposal
