  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $400 (total after discounts)

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days

  • UPS 2-Day Air: 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (Monday-Friday)

  • UPS Next Day Air - Signature Required

  • UPS Saturday Delivery: Available for Friday orders placed before 12:00 PM PST

Processing and Handling

  • Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM PST typically ship same business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship next business day

  • Weekend and holiday orders ship next business day

  • Custom synthesis orders may require additional processing time

Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues

  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information


  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements

No Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and regulatory requirements:

  • NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

  • NO EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED

Product Replacement

We will replace products only in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product shipped due to our error

  • Product damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence)

  • Product defects or quality issues verified by our quality control team


Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact info@peptidesupp ly .us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order number and detailed description of issue

  3. Submit required documentation (photos, COA comparisons, etc.)

  4. Allow 2-3 business days for investigation and approval


  1. Product Quality and Testing

Quality Standards

  • Products undergo rigorous quality control testing

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA) provided for each batch

Testing Limitations

  • COAs reflect testing at time of manufacture
